INVITATION to a National Meeting on Free Education — National Campaign Against Fees and Cuts 12/04/2014

After a vote, it is now official NUS policy to pursue the expropriation of the banks and use the money to fund free education and the reintroduction of full living grants. As the leadership are against the passing of the motion it seems that we had better organise things without their input. The National Campaign Against Fees and Cuts have called for a national meeting on this topic on Sunday 15th June. Everyone is welcome and here is a link to the statement that has been released

This is a significant victory – but on its own it means nothing. We need to use this opportunity to organise an offensive in the struggle for free education.
