๐Ÿ’œ Menopause Awareness Month: Supporting our colleagues through menopause

Weโ€™re proud to share that CNWL has successfully been reaccredited as a Menopause Friendly Employer! ๐ŸŽ‰

This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a supportive workplace where colleagues feel comfortable talking about menopause and can access the information, guidance and support they need.

Through awareness campaigns, education and the work of our Womenโ€™s and 50+ Staff Networks, weโ€™re continuing to encourage open conversations, challenge stigma and improve understanding of menopause across the Trust.

๐Ÿ’ฌ As Annabel Butcher, CNWL Head of People, shared, 'this achievement reflects our commitment to ensuring support remains visible and accessible to all colleagues.'

Thereโ€™s still more to do to raise awareness and improve understanding of menopause. This Menopause Awareness Month, letโ€™s keep the conversation going! ๐Ÿ’œ
