Another childminder agency (CMA) myth debunked! CMAs’ inspections are based on the regulations and inspection handbook for CMAs, not on the EYFS. Their inspection judgement is either Effective or Not Effective. Obviously, childminders cannot be rated the same way as their inspections are aligned to the EYFS requirements. It is surprising this pointless myth is so prominent on the online forums. It’s time to put it to bed!
