📅 From the 18th of December on, you will need a compelling motive "motif impérieux" to enter France, as Omicron cases are rising.

🧑‍🎓 Being a student (exchange, graduating; or registered in a FLE class) for more than three month is a compelling motive. You will be able to come to France with your letter of acceptance from your French university as a supportive document.

As an international student, there are several ways for you to apply to French higher education programs according to your situation and your program choices.

💻 The platforms to apply:
• Etudes en France : If you are an international student keen to come to study in France this is your dedicated platform. Students can apply here for their first year of graduating university then deposit a file prior to their visa application once they have been accepted into a French higher education program. – Opening on the first of October 2021
• Campus Art : Apply on Campus France for one of our 671 programs in our French art schools – Opening on the first of November 2021
• Parcoursup : Apply for your first year in our “grandes écoles” (Sciences Po, business schools et engineering schools) as well as our selective trainings (“classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles, B.T.S., etc.) – Opening in November 2021

🇬🇧 How to get your visa if you’ve been accepted in a higher education program in France for the year 2021-2022 ? 🇫🇷

🎓 Campus France UK launches the new platform Etudes en France on the 28th of May. 🎓

⚠️ Registering on the Etudes en France platform is mandatory before applying for a long-stay student visa. You need to register up to 3 months and at least 15 days before your program begins in France. ⚠️

➡️ You have to register on this platform if you have been accepted in the following types of programs:

1 A first-year university program through the Parcoursup French platform

2 A Licence 2 or a Licence 3, a first or second year of a master’s degree through your French higher education institution’s own recruitment procedure

3 A dual-degree or an Erasmus program lasting more than 90 days

4 A PhD as a full-time non-working student

5 French as a Foreign Language student for more than 90 days

⚠️ S’inscrire sur Etudes en France est obligatoire pour pouvoir effectuer ensuite une demande de visa étudiant longue durée. Vous devez vous inscrire entre 3 mois et 15 jours avant le début de votre programme en France. ⚠️

➡️Vous devez vous inscrire sur la plateforme si vous avez été accepté.e dans un de ces cinq types de programmes :

1 Un programme universitaire en première année via Parcoursup

2 Une Licence 2 ou une Licence 3, un Master 1 ou un Master 2 via la procédure de l’établissement d’enseignement supérieur que vous avez choisi

3 Un double diplôme ou un échange Erasmus de plus de 90 jours
