The Uniparty establishment has failed the victims and failed the British public.

Don't believe the politicians suddenly acting outraged. Both parties created this mess.

Leicestershire Reform UK led Council reduced the debt left by the previous Conservatives by ยฃ26.9 million.

Nationally, we pay ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ ยฃ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ ๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐š ๐ฒ๐ž๐š๐ซ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ข๐ง ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ฉ๐š๐ฒ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐†๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ž๐›๐ญ. That's around 30% more than our annual defence budget.

Government need to get a grip & Reform UK are the only party who will make the tough choices to make a better future for our kids & grandkids.

NET ZERO - "We are around 0.8% of the World's CO2 production, and for the price of being virtuous, we're de-industrialising the nations of the UK at massive economic & strategic cost to this country"

In what way are we reducing carbon emissions by exporting the manufacture of goods to countries which have higher carbon emission production methods AND THEN shipping those goods back to us 1/2 way around the world on heavy fuel oil burning tankers, which produce substantial carbon emissions - MADNESS!

Reform UK is the only party who will scrap Net Zero.

In Memory of Ann Widdecombe 11/07/2026

In December the branch was lucky enough to spend time in Ann's company. She shared proper conversation about politics, about the country, about the things that matter and a fair few that don't.

She had time for everyone. She listened. And when she spoke, you listened back, because Ann never said a word she didn't mean.

She was incredibly inspirational and principled to her core, whether you agreed with her or not. She gave this country decades of incredible public life.

Everyone who met Ann just before Christmas at our branch function loved her. It was a privilege to have her with us.

The nation and Reform UK have lost a true giant. One of Britain's all-time greats. Britain has lost one of its most fearless public servants. And those of us who knew her, even briefly, have lost a true legend.

We now have a culture in politics that uses hatred to reach it's gains. I hope that our two MPโ€™s can now join me in sharing our condolences.

Our loss will be heaven's gain.

Our thoughts are with Ann's family and all who loved her.
