We are a multi-award winning independent youth-led social enterprise that provides young people with the tools necessary to engage in politics and a platform to shout out and be heard. We believe every young person should be educated about politics and the media so they can understand the world around them and become critically engaged citizens.

This Latin American Heritage Month, we’re celebrating the contributions, culture, and history of Latin American Londoners.

Latin Americans are still largely underrepresented in the UK, so we want to make sure that reliable information is easily available to support participation in London’s democracy.

Make sure you know how to get your voice heard.

Check out the GLA Democracy Hub for information you can trust and materials you can share with your communities, available in 16 community languages, including Spanish and Portuguese 👉 registertovote.london

Today we are celebrating and the contributions of older people in our communities.

Make sure you’re ready to have your say!

If you’re voting at the polling station you need to take an accepted Voter ID with you, like your 60+ Oyster card. If you’re voting by proxy, your trusted person will need to take their ID with them.

You do not need a Voter ID if you’re voting by post.

As we reflect on London Voter Registration Week 2026, we’re celebrating a fantastic week of engagement! 🎉

We’ve been across the city supporting Londoners to register to vote and helping them to connect with London’s democracy.

During the week, we met young Londoners who are keen to have their voices heard, shared key information about registering and voting, and saw how conversations can help turn uncertainty into increased confidence in participation.

Thank you to everyone who joined us last week - you’ve all contributed to more Londoners being ready to have their say and shape our city!

LVRW is part of a year-round programme, so our awareness-raising, knowledge and confidence-building continues – you can still join us, visit the London Gov Democracy Hub 👉 registertovote.london for resources and more.
