Apparently forgetting to do all the cute keepsakes with my first daughter was actually just very forward planning so I could do both girls at the same time 😅

We visited in Wandsworth to capture their little hands and feet. It was such a lovely thing to do together, and definitely one of those keepsakes I know I’ll get ridiculously sentimental about in a few years 🤍

So yes, I’m sticking with the story that this was always the plan.

Gemma, a certified infant sleep coach and a local mum to two young boys, is the founder of Gemma • Certified Baby & Toddler Sleep Coach/Consultant - London. She works with families antenatally to those with four year olds and empowers families through positive sleep support.

Gemma takes a holistic view of your child’s sleep, listening, without judgment, to get a full understanding of all aspects that could be affecting their sleep such as temperament and comfort levels. From this she builds an individual plan that is right for your family.

She is hugely passionate about supporting the mental health of parents and carers by helping to release any anxieties around sleep.

Gemma will be joining us to talk about all things baby and toddler sleep and on hand to answer any questions.

Big news 🤍There’s still time to join our 6 week reformer course at Graceful Studios. We’ve been delayed slightly and the course will now begin on 22nd September, which means there’s still time to join us.

Each week includes a 45 minute reformer class followed by a hot drink and time to chat with the other mums.
Babies are very welcome, with bouncers provided and extra hands on deck so you can actually focus on your class.
