Normanton Street Playgroup is a friendly group run by local volunteers for children under-5 and their carers. It runs on Fridays during term-time only.
Normanton Street Playgroup runs most Fridays during school term-time and is only made possible by the support from a group of local parent volunteers. It costs just £1 per child to come and play with a variety of toys, including a snack and drink for children and their carers. There are usually organised craft activities and a sing-song. Our Story
Normanton Street Playgroup runs most Fridays during term time and is only made possible by the support from a group of local parent volunteers.
It costs just £1.50 per child to come and play with a variety of toys, puzzles and books. We provide a drink and snack for the children and tea or coffee and a biscuit for the adults. There are usually organised craft activities and a sing song.
We try to have a monthly soft play session (£3.50) and a monthly music session with Lily from Hit the Ground Drumming (£2.50).
We rely on the help of all of those attending to keep the group running smoothly by tidying away after snack time and helping to put the toys away at the end of the session. If youwould like to volunteer to help witht he running of the group, please get in touch!
