Friends of Age Exchange & Blackheath Village Library

The charitable work of Age Exchange uses memories and the arts to bring people together, as well as provide training to help NHS staff transform the treatment of older people, particularly Alzheimer’s and dementia sufferers. Highly acclaimed theatre groups work in Age Exchange's theatre, bringing together different generations. The Blackheath Village Library is also located at Number 11, entirely run by volunteers. The Library receives no public funding and relies on funds raised through the work of Age Exchange and The Friends. By joining The Friends of Age Exchange & Blackheath Village Library, you can help support the work of Age Exchange and the future of the Library provision which is a valuable local amenity. Friends of AE receive a number of benefits and discounts, including reduced price tickets to a range of talks with celebrity guests and other events.
