Coseley Councillor Peter Drake joins Reform UK

Cllr Marco Longhi, Leader of the Reform UK Group on Dudley Council, Deputy Leader Cllr Shaun Keasey and Cllr Sat Sherwani have welcomed Cllr Peter Drake to Reform UK.

Marco Longhi said:

“Peter’s decision to join Reform UK is another boost for our team at Dudley Council. We are building a strong, determined group focused on delivering the change residents want and holding the Council to account. Peter will be a valuable addition to that effort.”

Cllr Shaun Keasey, Deputy Leader, added:

SUCCESS FOR Reform UK 🇬🇧

Following relentless pressure from Reform UK councillors and local residents, including a petition attracting over 3,000 signatures online and on paper, the Conservative-run Dudley Council administration is now looking to return to the negotiating table with Wolverhampton City Council over access to Anchor Lane Tip.

For too long, Coseley residents have been denied access to a recycling facility right on their doorstep.

This is a significant step forward and demonstrates what can be achieved when residents come together and make their voices heard.

But the fight isn’t over yet! We will continue to apply pressure until Coseley residents get the access they deserve.

Enough is Enough!

Labour is giving this monster free housing at British taxpayers’ expense.

A Reform UK government will deport him. Enough is enough.

Four Afghan nationals r***d a 17-year-old girl.

Yet you would not know that there were four or that they were from Afghanistan from the Guardian headline.

And then we are told by the police that this is not about culture, community or religion. It is apparently about “deep-rooted misogyny”.

I could not be angrier. Not just because at least one of these disgusting individuals arrived under a Conservatives government when I was an MP, but because the Police are still now at pains to act as apologists for failed multiculturalism.

A young girl’s life has been devastated. She has been sacrificed on the altar of a political ideology promoted by the Conservatives, totally embraced by and our institutions.

How did these four come to Britain? Were any admitted under a Government resettlement or other immigration scheme? Did they arrive through the asylum system? What checks were carried out? And did the Government actually know who was here?

To my eternal shame it was under a Government, that people who went on to commit a crime of this nature were allowed to be in our country.

We have a duty to protect our own children and young women and I am certain that only one Party will actually do so: Reform UK

🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 Thank you EVERYONE in Dudley borough! 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

It's been a whirlwind week for Reform in Dudley, but we're all incredibly grateful for the support you showed us. It's one thing to wish for change, but to make the effort to turn out and vote is another.

The strong turnout across all wards is proof Dudley wants better. We won't let you down.

Now, a couple of things it's important everyone knows.

Firstly, please be aware none of the new councillors have officially started work yet. It takes a few days to officially get up and running and gain full access to everything. We'll all be contactable in due course.

Secondly, for those who are not fully up to speed with the boring 'politics' side of things, we want to be clear on one thing. Reform effectively 'won' the election, but there were only a third of the total seats up for grabs for election. So it was always mathematically impossible to take control. We're NOT running the council. Until next year...

But for now, Reform are the official opposition in Dudley and you can be assured we'll be holding Patrick Harley and his administration to account.

Well what a surprise!

In news that will shock nobody, the books are apparently now balanced enough to reintroduce free parking in Dudley. Just a few weeks before the elections!

The last, desperate, cynical gasps of a dying party.

Dudley people won't be fooled. The Tories have destroyed our town centre, and now want plaudits for trying to stop the rot.
