Crosby Moran Hall is London's most important surviving domestic medieval building. Crosby Hall has now been renamed Crosby Moran Hall.
Built in 1466, the former palace of Richard III and Sir Thomas More originally stood in Bishopsgate and is now restored upon its current site in Chelsea. Crosby Hall originally stood in Bishopsgate in the City of London and was transferred to this site under threat of demolition in 1910.
