Last week, celebrated an inspiring week dedicated to Italian design, creativity and innovation during and the events surrounding

ITA proudly showcased around 30 Italian brands through the Ceramics of Italy and Italian Collection spaces, highlighting the very best of Italian interiors, furniture, craftsmanship and ceramic excellence

A special spotlight was also placed on The Italian Hospitality, the visual art project curated by in collaboration with , celebrating the quality, innovation and timeless appeal of Italian design.

The week was a great success, with strong attendance across exhibitions, talks and networking events, as the panel discussion How Italian Ceramics Shaped Modern Architecture, curated and moderated by , which explored the influence of Italian ceramic innovation on contemporary architecture and interior design.

ITA, in partnership with ANIE Federazione, have brought a delegation of 12 Italian engineering leaders to London. Together with UK industry experts, discussions focused on new opportunities in power infrastructure, automation, and energy storage. This high-level dialogue is shaping sustainable solutions to meet growing data centre energy demands. The mission was followed the next day by an extremely insightful visit to the data centres of VIRTUS Data Centres.

Blackpool brought together passion, talent and Italian flavours for an unforgettable third stop of this unique culinary journey, organised together with ASSICA, which celebrates the excellence and versatility of Italian cured meats! 🇮🇹🍴

A special thank you to our Consul Gabriele Magagnin, to Blackpool and The Fylde College for hosting us, and to our fantastic judging panel: Matt Dillon, Vanessa Sims, Chloe Thompson and Carolyn Glover. “Coral and Cameos,” the celebration of Made in Italy Day 2026, offered a wonderful opportunity this year to showcase to the London public the treasures of the Torre del Greco production district.

In the splendid setting of the Italian Ambassador’s Residence in London, eight models took to the catwalk, their beauty enhanced by the exquisite jewellery creations of Assocoral member companies. On the ground floor, guests enjoyed a fascinating demonstration of the ancient art of cameo carving, alongside a jewellery exhibition.
And for our guests… themed culinary delights.

Once again, the Italian Embassy in London and ITA London worked together in support of Italian businesses.

Two weeks ago, ITA London brought the best of Italy to IFE - International Food & Drink Event , showcasing 32 exceptional agri-food brands and the richness of our culinary heritage 🍽️

Last week, ITA and SMAU hosted the Innovation Safari in Dublin for the first time! 🚀

This initiative was designed to foster new opportunities for collaboration by promoting partnerships, innovative projects, and joint activities between the Italian and Irish ecosystems. It included a program of visits to incubators, accelerators, companies, and key stakeholders within Ireland’s dynamic ecosystem, with the goal of strengthening connections and encouraging future collaborations.

The delegation visited some of the city's most cutting-edge hubs, including the Guinness Enterprise Centre, Nova UCD (University College Dublin's innovation hub), and the new Innovation Hub at Trinity College Dublin along with some corporates like LinkedIn and ESB. The delegation was welcomed by the Ambassador of Italy to Ireland, H. E. Mr Nicola Faganello and the Head of Innovation at the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) London office, Filippo Mansani.
