Hatfield Air Cadets

This week cadets have been parading combined with 1166 Welwyn Garden City squadron. Cadets have been focused on developing leadership and drill.

Finally in the RISE series we have Excellence. We strive to instill the drive for excellence in our cadets across all areas of their lives.

Next in the RISE series is Service. We teach our cadets the importance of serving the organisation, eachother and themselves.

Congratulations to newly promoted Corporal James and Corporal Thompson well deserved recognition of your hard work, leadership, and dedication. Wishing you both continued success in your new roles.

Congratulations to all of the 2203 cadets who competed in wing athletics over the weekend, you did the squadron proud!

A night of leadership development and a security briefing 👮✈️

Big congratulations to seven of our cadets who have completed the theory and assessed portions of leadership, gaining them their blue leadership badge!

A important refresher for some on security, and new knowledge for our latest intake who joined last week!

Congratulations to FS Filak on completing her Road Marching Team Leader qualification. This enables her to deliver road marching training to other cadets. 🎉🎉

Recruitment evening ✅

This evening was recruitment night at 2203 Squadron, we welcomed the potential cadets with icebreakers and an informative talk on the RAFAC organisation by Fg Off Poole.

Our cadets also took part in a display of drill as guests arrived.

I is for Integrity. It is our aim that every cadet displays integrity both in the corps and in their daily lives.

On Tuesday 2203 squadron got together to do some bowling for their end of year social! The night consisted of a round of bowling and paper plates to end the year off, the cadets had a great time!

Next year will consist of exciting activities from 2203 so stay tuned and have a Merry Christmas.
