Additionally, if you are interested in helping lead the network next year, our AGM will be held in January and we'd encourage people to stand. Email [email protected] if you would to speak to us about how to get involved.
So far in 2020 the Devolution and Local Government Network has hosted shadow policing minister Sarah Jones MP to hear about her work, organised a panel on the politics of Labour Councils with Tory MPs, held a book club on social housing with the Arts and Culture Network, and explored devolved COVID-19 crisis communications with the Communications Network. And we will soon also be publishing a groundbreaking report on the powers and performance of metro-mayors, drawing on research by Young Fabian members from across the country, so watch this space. We're very keen to ensure that next year, more of this kind of great work continues with a fresh committee!
