Movement, connection and smiles all round ✨

Thanks to funding from Sport England and the National Lottery we are able to bring seated exercise classes directly to sheltered housing residents.

These gentle sessions help support mobility, confidence, wellbeing and social connection proving that movement really is for everybody

From seaside days and scenic river cruises to beautiful gardens and a relaxing break in Bath, we have some lovely trips planned for 2026. 🌸🚌
