RUST IS THE ONLY ELEMENT THAT CAN BREAK/CORRODE IRON
Your own unchecked mindset is the only thing that can truly break you, like rust breaking iron down. I charge you therefore, to commit to stop letting your thoughts destroy you. I have discovered that ‘Umzwangedwa’ is the only thing that can break someone down, who, when you are going through secret frustration elect to be reticent and not shout out to others at a time when you are getting buried by this and that.
Definition of umzwangedwa: the feeling of inadequacy, secret frustration, and desperation that can only be felt by you and only you, which presents itself as causing loneliness with internal struggles that present themselves as unmentionable to others and of a sensitive nature.
You will note that the real threat that we are facing nowadays isn’t always our critics, pressure, or even obstacles; often it is the thoughts that we allow to live rent free in our heads, thus I have realised that unless we confront all the elements of ‘umzwangedwa’ then we are not ready as yet to face our battles and challenges head on.
Doubt is invariably silent. Fear is subtle. Negative self-talk doesn’t shout; it whispers to you until you believe that you are not enough. However, herein is the truth, friends, patriots, members, and ladies and gentlemen; your strength is never and will not even be determined by what’s happening around you, instead! It is determined by what is happening within you.
I submit to you in the here and now that when you protect your mindset from attacks such as ‘umzwangedwa’, you protect your power. When you challenge limiting beliefs, you sharpen your resilience. I advise that you never allow bitterness, comparison, or insecurity to become your internal rust.
Make it a habit to clean your thoughts daily. Speak life over yourself. Stand firm in who you are and refrain from allowing haters from walking all over your mind with their dirty boots. I believe that with the right mindset, ‘umzwangedwa’ or even any other similar pressure won’t break you, it will build you up instead.
Rust only spreads when it's ignored, and so does self-doubt, especially when it is fuelled by ‘umzwangedwa’.

TURN YOUR CHALLENGES TO PROGRESS
Use the bricks that people throw at you to build your own house; you can also use the lemons that life gives you to make a lemonade cordial out of the bitterness of it. Moreover, I counsel that you should learn from your mistakes instead of fearing them, if anything; it is failure that teaches her proteges valuable lessons.
Many of our struggles in this life are not caused by the problems themselves, but by our inaction. When you keep everything in your mind and do not write it down nor overcome that which needs to be overcome, your thoughts begin to overthink and create confusion. Anxiety grows when you keep waiting instead of taking even a small step forward. I charge you therefore, to set meaningful goals and believe that you can achieve them teetle peeps and watch where you go.
Procrastination often appears when you move without a clear plan, and stress builds up when you neglect to train your mind and body to anticipate challenges and putting a rehearsed plan of what you are going to do should this and that which challenges the mind and soul affect you. Likewise, clarity rarely comes to those who never pause to reflect and journal their thoughts.
The truth is simple; almost every problem carries within it a seed of a solution. Also, anything that you desire to achieve is always sweeter when you start small, because it is small daily actions that can create big changes over time.
What changes your life is not wishing for better days but choosing to take action. When you start writing, planning, training, and acting with intention, your problems slowly transform into lessons, your struggles turn to strengths, and your progress becomes inevitable. Take it from me, friends, ladies and gentlemen and those who elect to be unfriendly friends and foes in disguise and do take it from the horse's mouth teetle peeps. Develop good habits such as waking up early, learning new things, and managing your time wisely.

Character Development: character stays eternal even when everything else is lost. Knowledge (whatever you learn can never be taken away from you), Skills (when you master a skill it becomes who you are), Discipline, Mindset (you cannot control the world but you can control how you see it), Faith, Resilience (fall, rise, repeat), Self Awareness, Creativity, Confidence (believe in your value without needing validation) Gratitude (be thankful for what you have while working on what you want).
Fall, rise, repeat. Keep pushing forward and investing in yourself, it's the best investment you'll ever make! Remember, Confidence shouts louder than words, moreover, your Confidence can shine through yourself as you daily become stronger. Work on the person you are becoming. Have the ability to bounce back.
Above all else, gratitude makes life richer instantly. A strong mindset can turn pain into power. The alchemy in you becomes the difference between being a victim of your circumstances and being the architect of your evolution. By prioritizing self-investment, you ensure that no matter what the world takes away, the value stays within you.
A Daily Declaration of Self-Mastery Character:
I will act with integrity today, for my reputation is temporary, but my character is eternal. Knowledge: I will seek to learn one new thing; what I know is a treasure no one can steal. Skills: I will sharpen my craft; my competence is my identity. Discipline: I will do what needs to be done, even when I don’t feel like doing it. Mindset: I cannot control the wind, but I will adjust my sails. I choose my perspective. Faith: I will trust the process and stay grounded in my purpose. Resilience: If I fall, I will rise. If I fail, I will repeat until I succeed. Self-Awareness: I will observe my thoughts without being controlled by them. Creativity: I will find a unique solution to every obstacle I face. Confidence: I know my value. I do not seek permission to be great. Gratitude: I am thankful for what I have while I relentlessly pursue what I want.
When you focus on character and self-investment, you shift from seeking external security to building internal stability. As we have earlier noted, a strong mindset doesn't just endure pain; it uses it as fuel to evolve.

The Apostolic Mandate for 2026
Beyond Words: The Power of a Tender Heart
The Silence of Words As we stand at the threshold of 2026, many of us feel a heavy truth: we are living in an era of "made up minds." We see it in our pews, our workplaces, and our homes. People have built fortresses around their opinions, and often, the more we speak, the higher those walls climb. You may feel that your words no longer carry the weight they once did because the ears of the world have grown dull.
The Apostolic Pivot When the Apostle Paul wrote to the Ephesians, he wasn't just giving them a "politeness manual." He was giving them a survival strategy for a fractured society. He understood that when people stop listening to our arguments, they start watching our actions.
The Apostolic point of view is this: Our greatest influence is not our rhetoric, but our resemblance to Christ. If the world’s mind is "made up," then our mission is not to change their mind through debate, but to melt their heart through kindness and by being magnanimous in all matters great or small..
The Threefold Cord Ephesians 4 v 32 gives us a three-part blueprint for 2026:
Kindness: The external hand that reaches out.
Tenderheartedness: The internal soil that allows grace to grow.
Forgiveness: The ultimate release that breaks the cycle of bitterness.
We do not do this because people deserve it. We do this because we have already received it. We are not the source of this grace; we are the conduits.
The Apostolic Cycle of Grace
The following diagram illustrates how the Apostolic viewpoint functions: it starts with the vertical relationship with God and flows horizontally to our fellow man.
2026 Resolutions of Kindness
To move from theory to practice, here are four specific resolutions based on the "Apostolic point of view" for the year ahead:
1. The Resolution of the "First Move."
The Goal: I will not wait for an apology or a change in behavior to be kind.
In every strained relationship, I resolve to be the first to offer a greeting, a helpful hand, or a word of peace, acknowledging that my kindness is a reflection of God’s grace, not the other person's merit.
2. The Resolution of Guarded Tenderness
Your Goal should be to protect your heart from becoming "calloused" by the world.
When you feel the urge to become cynical or cold hearted due to how you are treated, pause and pray for a "tender heart." You should consciously choose to remain vulnerable enough to care, even when it is safer to be indifferent.
3. The Resolution of Radical Forgiveness
The Goal: I will refuse to carry the "debts" of 2025 into 2026.
You can identify three people who have wronged you and verbally (or in your private prayer) release them from the debt they owe you. Determine to stop "litigating" their faults in your mind, remembering that Christ has cleared your own record.
4. The Resolution of the "Influence of Presence."
My Goal will be to work assiduosly to let my character speak where my words cannot reach.
For those whose "minds are made up," We can stop trying to convince them with words. Instead, you can look for one practical, tangible way to serve them each month by buying them a meal, a card, or a helping hand, allowing the "Apostolic fruit" to do the talking. Practice what we preach would be a good idea.
In love and in gratitude,
Jimmy HB'James

I am adamant, however, that the anointing that is coming my way is capable of killing a demon dead, and killing it in a second or two. Watch me this time around, I am coming with a dangerous anointing capable of killing a demon in a millisecond, do me a favour, please don't be a demon in my life, as it is, I will direct this anointing not to spare you. I feel the time has come, and now is for me to rise up to the challenges that I have feared. I have learnt, however, over the years, that there are certain things that you simply can not avoid in life. You simply just can not dare turn a blind eye to, and one of those things is time. Everything here on earth revolves around time. If you can not learn and know what hour of the day it is, you simply can not get anything done. I am delighted to learn here that not only did the men of Issachar understand the times, but they knew what Israel as a nation ought to do. I find this part of the scripture very interesting because it makes me understand that this tribe was not just interested in their own interest but everyone's. They had the nation's interest at heart. Not only did they know what Israel had to do, but they also had their brethren at their command. Not only do I hate men who are known for serving their own interests, I think such men should be exposed for all their selfish way of life. Arise to the occasion and find a way to serve your country. Ask not what your country or church can do for you, but look at what you can timely and promptly do for your country and your church. Sometimes one has to be the commander-in-chief and begin to tell the nation (s) what is expected of them.

I do believe wholeheartedly, nevertheless, that it is the will of God for you to have a perfect day as well. Many times we have observed and seen people having a perfect day, yet it appears the perfection side of it seems to skip when it comes to our turn. How so? That is not fair! Something needs to be done to change the dynamics. There is nothing so sad and hurtful as feeling left out at a time when everyone is making it, in terms of making your way up within the church leadership, hahaha, hence that is the way denominations work. We therefore must for ourselves rise to the occasion and ensure that we see to it that we are strategically positioned to enjoy a perfect day also. Bear in mind that a perfect time and day is not something that you should be excluded from enjoying, you are also entitled to enjoying a perfect day. Never mind, beloved, when such moments occur, never you dare feel bad, notice it, yeah, raise your level of awareness, yeah, make your opponents and accusers that you are aware that they have taken time to assassinate your character, yeah, however, never you dare allow any maliciousness to get the better of you. Like in every organisation, you will find that there are also people who have the gift of sabotaging destinies in the church as well. You are not the problem as it is, the very thing that is bothering them ( who is them? it is the enemies of the cross of Calvary; the friends that have a monitoring spirit that have lived to monitor your progress and have now become the enemies of your destiny) is that they have seen your shining star and therefore, left unto them, they should do everything within their power to thwart and obliterate any opportunity you might have to cause your gift and the light endowed unto you by the creator to shine. Let me, nevertheless, suggest that never, you never dare view any attack as the finishing line,
