My neighbours are harassing me with electric shock for over two years, and despite numerous police complaints, no action has been taken against the perpetrators.

Liberty Suzy Lamplugh Trust How do I progress a complaint regarding a police officer if I experience obstruction from the City of London Police in the last 12 years?

Feeling completely let down by the Met Police. 👮‍♂️❌

I am currently sitting on a growing pile of CAD (Computer Aided Despatch) reference numbers, yet despite the mounting evidence and my repeated reports, there has been absolutely zero action taken.
It’s reaching a point where the lack of transparency is starting to feel like more than just "backlog" or "admin errors." When the police consistently acknowledge a report but refuse to investigate or follow up, you have to ask: is this a deliberate cover-up?

How many reference numbers does it take for a victim to be heard? Justice shouldn’t be a filing exercise.
Has anyone else dealt with this level of stonewalling from the Met? If you’ve successfully escalated a complaint through the IOPC (Independent Office for Police Conduct) or your local MP, please drop me a message. I won’t be staying quiet about this.
