Luton Community First Responders were delighted be invited to Luton Streetfathers very first Youth Festival at Marsh House Luton.

An amazing festival with music, fun and dancing.

Great community engagement at Raynham Way Community Centre fete. Amazing to met the community, demonstrate the all important skill of CPR, plus bandaging a sloth and a rabbit !

Also got 3 requests to attend other community engagements, which adds to us getting known for what we do.

Also were able to help 3 people who were not feeling well, no doubt not helped by the heat!

All in all, a great event.

Our volunteer community first responders (CFRs) enjoying the views from Dunstable Downs while out on shift in one of the community responder cars 🚑💚

Although there was almost time for a quick ice cream, the next call came in and Richard and Paul were soon heading off to help someone in need.

A big thank you to all our CFRs who give their time to support patients in their communities 💚

A busy day with multiple cardiac arrests in Luton. If your company has a defibrillator, please ensure that you register it on The Circuit so that the ambulance service can direct you to your nearest one. Defibrillators ideally need to be attached to the patient within 5 minutes along with bystander CPR to give them the best chance of survival.....every second counts!!!

The Circuit maps defibrillators across the UK. It ensures that emergency service can find the nearest public defibrillator if someone is in cardiac arrest.
