Goodbye October…Hello November!🍂

What a first full month… thank you!
We’ve welcomed so many lovely families through our doors, celebrated birthdays with private hires every weekend and sold out every Saturday morning event! From meeting Bluey and the animals, to pumpkin decorating, photoshoots, Halloween parties (and surviving our first school holiday 😬😂) October has given us so much to smile about. 🥹🎃

Our car park extension is complete, our expanded menu launches tomorrow, we’ve added some Saturday open play sessions after so many of you asked for them and we got our 5 star food hygiene rating ⭐️🧸🍴

And now it’s hello November!
We’re looking forward to a month of colourful bonfire fun, visits from Ms Rachel, baby dinosaurs and Gabby, plus our Christmas photo shoot. Our Christmas events will also go live to book next week, so keep an eye out! 🎄✨

Thank you for such a special start. We can’t wait to see what our next month brings!

Love, Emily, Alice & the Toddler Play team 🧡

They say it comes in threes… and today certainly put us to the test! 💛

Thank you to everyone who visited us today - wow, did you keep us busy!

We want to apologise for the waits for food and drinks. We were a team member down, experienced an issue in the kitchen and then had a temporary power outage, all during our busiest part of the day.

This meant orders took longer than they should have, and we weren’t able to keep the play zones looking their best. We know this wasn’t the experience you should expect from us, and we’re really sorry.

Thank you for your patience, kindness and understanding. As a small thank you, everyone who booked and visited us today will shortly receive a discount code to use on their next visit. 💕 if you were one of the 2 walks in we were able to squeeze in, please get in touch so we can send you yours too 🫶

On a more positive note, our car park extension is SO close to being finished! We can’t wait to see the first of you parking in it from Monday 🥳

Thank you for supporting our little business - even on the days that don’t quite go to plan.

Remember we are open tomorrow afternoon for open play, with plenty of staff to help the day run just the way it should 🥳

Emily, Alice & the Toddler Play Team 💛
