Three years on and we’re incredibly proud of how far H has come and proud of every member of staff who has played a part in that journey.

In recent months, South Manchester Care hasn’t just grown — it has evolved into a provider councils now contact directly in emergencies.

Built through pressure, sacrifice, sleepless nights and a team that kept pushing when things were difficult.

Behind every care package is a young person with personality, potential, and a life that deserves to be lived fully not just managed.
