Every time I watch these clips back, I don’t just see paint furniture and renovations. I see people giving up their time, businesses opening their hearts, and a team of incredible humans standing shoulder to shoulder to change someone’s life.

🤍 A little note about Project 33 nominations
Since the recent media coverage, we’ve received an incredible number of nominations, and we are so grateful for every single one.
One thing we’d like to clarify is what Project 33 is designed for.
We would love to help every kind person, every hard-working family and everyone who deserves something nice. If we could, we’d be transforming homes every weekend.
Unfortunately, that’s not the reality.
Project 33 exists to support people facing significant challenges, hardship or vulnerability, where a home transformation could genuinely change their quality of life and wellbeing.
There is no exact checklist. Every situation is different.
It could be someone struggling with their mental health, a family living with disability, a parent raising children alone, someone dealing with illness, bereavement, trauma, caring responsibilities, financial hardship, or any number of circumstances that place significant pressure on daily life.
These are simply examples. We understand that hardship looks different for everyone, and no two stories are ever the same.
When reviewing nominations, we look at the overall situation, the challenges being faced, and whether Project 33 could make a meaningful difference to that person or family’s life.
We’re looking for people who genuinely need a break, need some hope, and could benefit most from the support of this incredible community.
Thank you for continuing to nominate, support, share and believe in what we’re building together.

👀SNEAK PEEK OF THE LIVING ROOM REVEAL 💛🎥
The moment Sarah had been waiting for for weeks…
So much anticipation, wondering, planning and keeping secrets, Sarah and het mum finally got to see her new living room.
And honestly…..
They were completely stunned.
For a few minutes they didn’t really know what to say… just looking around…trying to process that this was actually their home.
Those are the moments that make every late night, every donation all worth it.
I think brighter days are ahead for Sarah and the boys
We can’t wait to show the rest of the home what we all created together. 💛
So many businesses to tag that made this home come together … they are coming! 👀
💛
I listened to Sarah and her mum on BBC Radio this morning 🥹, and honestly, it meant everything. 💛
Hearing them talk about the impact this project has had on their lives reminds us exactly why we do what we do.
The rooms are lovely, but it’s never really about the rooms.
It’s about a mum feeling hopeful again. It’s about children having spaces that work for their needs. It’s about a family being able to take a breath and move forward.
Knowing the difference this will make not just for Sarah and the boys, but for their wider family too, is something I’ll never take for granted.
This is what Project 33 is all about. 💛
A huge thank you to kofi at skip co for providing us with a skip completely free of charge for this project. 💛
It's one of those things people don't always think about, but having a skip on site makes such a huge difference. It allows us to clear years of clutter, work safely, stay organised, and most importantly, get a family's home back to normal as quickly as possible.
The truth is, businesses don't have to get involved. They don't have to donate their time, services or resources. But time and time again, local businesses choose to step up simply because they want to help someone in their community.
That kindness never goes unnoticed.
If you see this post, please show SkipCo some love. Businesses like this are a massive part of what makes Project 33 possible. 💛
Thank you, Kofi. We appreciate your support more than you know. 💛

FROM THIS… TO THIS….is 48 hours!
A few weeks ago, we met Sarah… a mum who was really struggling.
A mum who had become isolated, overwhelmed and exhausted while raising three boys with additional needs and trying to navigate some incredibly difficult circumstances.
I knew when I met Sarah she just needed some kindness.
It’s been absolutely crazy over the last few days, more than 40 volunteers, tradespeople and local businesses came together with one goal….to give this family hope, comfort and a home they could be proud of…. You all smashed it guys!
No wages.
No hidden agenda.
Just good people helping people.
This morning we handed the keys back to Sarah…
There were lots of tears.
There were hugs.
And there wasn’t a dry eye in the room🥹
The transformation is just incredible, but the real magic wasn’t the decorating, the furniture or the flooring.
It was the kindness…. Our Volunteers are some of the best people I have ever met.
A massive thank you to
Every person who donated, volunteered, shared a post, supplied materials or simply believed in what we’re trying to do helped make this happen.
This is what community looks like.
This is Project 33.
Watch the full reveal tonight on BBC News at 6:30pm.
And if you’ve ever wondered whether ordinary people can still make an extraordinary difference…
This is your answer. 💛🏡

👀 Keep your eyes peeled... 6pm. 💛
What a morning.
We've done the reveal, we've met the family, and honestly, it couldn't have gone any better.
There were plenty of tears, plenty of hugs, and lots of emotions all round. Seeing the family's reaction made every late night, every challenge and every bit of hard work completely worth it.
Afterwards, the team all met up for breakfast, still trying to process what we've achieved together. We're exhausted, emotional, and still on a massive high.
We cannot wait to share it all with you.
See you at 6pm. 💛🏡
