Thrive Manchester is a fantastic charity dedicated to supporting good mental and physical health for all people across the community of Manchester.
From Wednesday 18th January, an experienced facilitator from Thrive Manchester will be carrying out a course of 8 sessions to provide a safe space to reflect on and understand your experience of trauma, in a group setting.

Calling all Manchester Gorton residents! If you would like some company in your local community space, then come along for a toast and a brew at Gorton Community Centre. ☕️
The centre is holding Toast-tea drop-ins on Mondays 11am-12:30pm, Wednesdays 11am-12:30am, and Thursdays 2pm-4pm. Everyone is welcome!

On Wednesday 29 July, we will be holding our next live Q&A session around Domestic Abuse to answer any questions you may have, and offer support to you, or to give advice if you are worried about someone you know.
Between 6-8pm, GMP will be working in partnership with Gtr Manchester Victims' Services , Talk Listen Change and Endeavour Project to answer any questions you may have.
