We would like to inform you that the next 8-week MBCT course (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) ran by Trafford Talking Therapies, will take place on 5th May 2026- 30th June 2026.

It will be held every Tuesday from 1.30pm to 3.30 pm (with one week break on the 2nd June 2026) at the Limelight Health & Wellbeing Hub, 1 St Brides Way, Old Trafford, Stretford, Manchester M16 9NW .
