Before we provide services we ensure that a potential service user’s needs and preferences are thoroughly assessed. We do this by coming to your home to visit you and find out what it is you want from us. We can arrange care for people who may need help and support, such as:

Providing high quality personal care and support to Children, Adults and elderly in your own home. Supporting individuals a

nd families by offering respite services. We have two fully assessable hotels where we can continue with your care whilst your loved ones take a break. Supporting you with short term care when you have been discharged from hospital until you gain your confidence. Enabling individuals, to have professional care in their own homes or other appropriate venues as agreed. Why not let us enable you to engage within your community our carers can support you with your shopping, going to the bank or social outings. We can enable you to participate in pamper sessions such as visits to hairdressers. Delivering a service of the highest quality that will improve and sustain the service users overall quality of life, resulting in positive outcomes. Supporting you with domestic chores, washing, ironing and cleaning. Supporting you by providing meals or medication

Older people who need some support with getting up in the morning, or going to bed. Couples who would like some assistance for their partner such as keeping on top of household chores. People with a physical disability who may need assistance. People who have higher levels of care needs but do not wish to go into residential care choose our Live-in Care Service. Sometimes when someone has been discharged from hospital after illness or an operation, they will contact us for short term help until they are feeling fit again. Everyone enjoys some time to themselves and so we can take them out for a couple of hours. Sometimes a weekly pampering session appeals. A visit the hair salon or the shops can be food for the soul. We also provide child care support, we are passionate about helping to improve the lives of disabled children and young people.
