Manchester Carers Centre was established in 1997 as an independent voluntary organisation. We exist to change Carers lives.

We offer a range of support services for unpaid Carers in Manchester, including signposting and referrals, peer group activities, respite breaks and a dedicated Young Adult Carer service (for unpaid Carers aged 16-25). We deliver a range of FREE, high quality support services for unpaid Carers in our City. These services include, emotional support, practical help, community drop-ins, respite break

If you rent your home, your landlord is responsible for providing an alarm – but we can still offer important advice so get in touch if you'd like more information.

The Centre can be reached by either the 76 or 76A bus which departs from Stand D in Piccadilly Gardens at the corner of Lever St. The bus will drop you on Butler St, which is a 2 minute walk away from the Centre.
