As you will have seen in the media. Royal Mail will be taking industrial action on 26th and 31st August and 8th and 9th September. Although we wont be receiving any mail on these days and will not be able to dispatch mail on these days all our locations will remain open as normal

It's almost Easter Time. Remember our branches will be closed on Good Friday 15th April and Easter Monday 18th April

Christmas Opening Hours. Customers are reminded that our branches will closed at 17:00 on Thursday 23rd December and remain closed until Tuesday 4th January 2022. Please ensure that any important mail is collected in time especially any Christmas presents.

Our phone lines are back to normal! Following on from the telephone issues we where experiencing on Thursday and Friday, I can am please to say Voipfone have dealt with the issue and restored all services.

We're sorry to say we're still experiencing issues with our telephone lines following a DDOS attack on Voipfone

Although we do have a contingency in place for such problems which would transfer all incoming calls to one separate number BT lines. The DDOS attack at Voipfone it also affecting this. We're back online! Following on from yesterday's update we have now completed the server update. Our website is back online and ready to take your orders and enquiries.

Our website will however go back off line temporarily between 1am and 3am on 15/08/2021 whilst we install and configure some speed enhancements

As customers may have noticed over the past week or so our website has experienced a number of technical issues and slow speeds. We are in the process of updating our severs to bring a faster and more reliable experience
