Happy International Women’s day 2022 to all those wonderful women out there!
Today we were hosted by the fantastic Dean Rogers at Manchester Cathedral for this unique event that bought together religiously diverse women to connect.
We heard from Deputy Lieutenant Karan Lee & High Sheriff Diane Hawkins about inter faith relations, women empowerment and some touching personal stories where many of us resonated.

This week in Greater Manchester, we are celebrating Hate Crime Awareness week 2022.
Near Neighbours recently collaborated with Polish Social Club and Supporting sisters to bring together diverse communities of Bury to talk about hate crime and to build friendships.
We ended the night with some team building exercises of marshmallow and spaghetti towers 😋
A big thanks to Greater Together Manchester Europia and Greater Manchester Police for supporting this event.
