The ever-popular The Galactic Knights return to Fantasy in the Greenwood weekend, bringing their orc encampment and battle workshops to the arena.

Can you believe the 40th Robin Hood Festival is only 2 months away? 😲

That being said, it's time to introduce our next two performers who will be appearing at Fantasy in the Greenwood weekend!

A Festival staple, bringing his ever popular fire show is What a Palaver. Prepare to be wowed by his fire-spitting feats!

Last year, we welcomed George Thorpington, fairy catcher, to Festival - he'll be back on the hunt for fairies again this year. But will he find any? Just watch this space..

The Ferrer's Household are a staple of the Robin Hood Festival and they will be bringing their living history camp to the Major Oak green once again for our Jousting Weekend.

Walk in the footsteps of history with a Medieval forge, kitchen and much much more!

Educational and entertaining, the lovely team from Go Active Falconry - The Bird of Prey and Conservation Centre will be flying in once again with their experienced falconers and family of birds.

Go Active will walk the arena in their tethered falconry displays and also be based in their tent to answer questions about all things avian.

Greetings fantasy-lovers! After the success of last year, we are delighted to bring our costume competition back to Fantasy in the Greenwood weekend (8th & 9th August 2026).

The Robin Hood Festival is home to many quirky characters, but none moreso than our next performers!

He's a festival favourite with outlandish tales galore: Simple Tom is back to delight and confuse! Be sure to bring your best face for a royal makeover!

Something a bit different for your entertainment...a flea circus!

Quentin the Puppetmaster will be returning with his puppet shows!

His company of fleas can't wait to show off, Quentin saying they have previously "felt under-represented at medieval events, especially as they played such a big part in that period".
