💚 A Wonderful Celebration of 20 Years of Salopian Care! 🎉

What a lovely day celebrating 20 years of Salopian Care with our local community!

We'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who joined us at The Festival Centre in Market Drayton for our special anniversary event.

It was a fantastic opportunity to bring together some wonderful local organisations, make new connections and celebrate the importance of community, care and collaboration. 💚

🎂 We’re also delighted to share that our cake sale and raffle raised an amazing £266.60!

This has been split equally between two fantastic causes:

🚁 Midlands Air Ambulance Charity

🚑 Ashley & Loggerheads Community First Responders

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, purchased cakes, entered our raffle or helped make the day possible. Your generosity is greatly appreciated!

And, of course, a special thank you to all the organisations who joined us and helped make our 20th anniversary celebrations so memorable.

🎉 WE’RE CELEBRATING 20 YEARS OF SALOPIAN CARE! 🎉

This October marks a very special milestone for us – 20 years of Salopian Care 💚

To celebrate, we’re bringing together some fantastic local organisations for a special community event, and everyone is welcome!

📅 Saturday 10th October
⏰ 10am – 2pm
📍 The Festival Centre, Market Drayton

Joining us on the day will be:

🎨 Market Drayton Art Club - Monday Morning Painters

🚒 Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service

There’ll also be a cake sale and raffle, raising money for a local charity, plus plenty of opportunities to chat, meet local organisations and find out more about the support available within our community.

🎶 Can you guess the song from our window? 🎶

We’re delighted to be taking part in this year’s Family Heritage Trail, and our office window has had a very special makeover for the occasion!

This year’s theme celebrates solo artists and their number one hits, and we chose Lily Allen’s “Smile” from 2006. 💚

Why 2006? Because that was the year Salopian Care was founded – making it the perfect choice as we prepare to celebrate our 20th anniversary this October! 🎉

There’s another meaningful connection too. Lily Allen has spoken publicly about her experiences with mental health, a subject that resonates with us as a care provider and reminds us just how important wellbeing, understanding and support can be.

We’ll also be opening the Salopian Care office this Saturday to support the festival, so if you’re following the trail, make sure you stop by, take a look at our window and say hello to the team! 👋💚
