🍂🧹 BIG MAUCHLINE AUTUMN CLEAN-UP 2026 – A MASSIVE THANK YOU! 🧹🍂
WOW!

What a fantastic effort from our amazing community! 🥰👏

Organised by Mauchline Community Association, our big Autumn Clean-Up has been another brilliant example of what can be achieved when people come together for the good of Mauchline.

We had some fantastic volunteers out and about during the week who couldn’t make it along this morning, followed by 25 brilliant volunteers turning up today to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in! 💪❤️

The results speak for themselves: 🗑️ Over 80 bags of rubbish collected! 🚐 Two van loads of rubbish and unwanted items removed! 🍂 And a much cleaner, tidier Mauchline and surrounding area for everyone to enjoy!

A huge THANK YOU to every single volunteer who gave up their time and energy, whether during the week or today. Your efforts make a real difference, and you should all be incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together. 🙌

☕ A special thank you to Margaret and Maggie for keeping everyone fuelled with tea, coffee and delicious hot rolls. Nothing like a bit of food and a cuppa to keep the team going!

A big thank you also to Malcolm from East Ayrshire Council for arranging the uplift and helping us get everything cleared away.

Finally, thank you to everyone who continues to care about our village and takes pride in where we live. These clean-ups are about so much more than picking up litter — they’re about community spirit, teamwork and making Mauchline a better place for us all.
It's amazing what we can achieve when we all work together for the benefit of our community! 🥰❤️
From everyone at Mauchline Community Association, thank you for being absolutely brilliant! 👏

🤖🧹 MEET THE NEWEST MEMBER OF THE CENTRE STANE TEAM! 🧹🤖

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve recruited a new team member to help keep our big hall s***k and span between lets! 😂

Meet our brand-new Robot Vacuum Cleaner — the only member of the team who’s happy to work around the clock, doesn’t ask for a tea break, never phones in sick and doesn’t complain about overtime! 🤣

It’s already been put to work keeping our floors looking their best for all the fantastic groups, classes and activities that take place at Centre Stane. 💪✨

There’s just one small problem… it needs a name! 🤔

So, we’re handing that job over to YOU! 👇

What should we call our new little cleaning machine? Something funny, something local, or maybe a name that reflects its very important role in keeping Centre Stane sparkling! 🧹✨

Drop your suggestions in the comments below. The funnier, the better! 😂👇
