Spratton Parish Council is made up of 10 members who meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, 7.30 pm at the Village Hall, School Road Spratton to discuss all matters relating to Spratton Parish.

25/26 April WW1 Commemoration - Spratton Local History Society FREE Community Event which will feature planes and vehicles of the era plus fly past of the replica plane as flown by the Spratton VC winner William Rhodes-Moorhouse (exactly 100 years ago to the day and time of his flight). There will also be talks, exhibitions, events for the children, stalls, bars and catering. Fun for all the family! It would be appreciated if you could spread the word to as many people as possible (via social media/word of mouth/newsletters) and put the date in your diaries! If you are on the electoral roll as living in Spratton you will have received information about the current situation with the Neighbourhood Plan and a very short questionnaire asking for your views on the size of developments the village would like.

We want as many people as possible to participate in this survey .... as long as you live in Spratton. If you are not on the electoral roll or you haven't seen your copy of the questionnaire then you will need to contact the Parish Council Clerk, Lynne Compton to ask for a duplicate copy or to provide evidence that you do live in Spratton. Neighbourhood Plan Update
We have been busy working behind the scenes on Spratton Neighbourhood Plan and it is almost ready! The draft Plan will be discussed at the next meeting on Tuesday 15th July 2014, 7.30 pm, Spratton Village Hall, together with a recommendation from the Project Manager on allocation of a site within Plan (see also update from the Full Council meeting held on 17th June 2014)The Agenda and papers will be available on Monday 7th July 2014 and will be distributed as widely as possible.
