Urgent address to the nation - 8am

Nigel Farage will be addressing the nation LIVE at 8am. 🚨

It only took Keir Starmer 15 days to take the knee for George Floyd, a violent serial criminal in the US who died while being arrested.

Yet it took Parliament to force Starmer after 180 days to get an emotionless and unsympathetic statement released following the death of Henry Nowak.

Speaks volumes about this uncaring Labour government.

Just watched the highly disturbing bodycam footage from the police officers that arrested Henry Nowak. It is one of the most distressing things I have ever seen.

When the officer filming the incident arrived at the scene, someone holding Henry is heard telling the officers that Henry kept slumping over and that he had a mouth full of blood.

I am appalled at the way the officers proceeded to dismiss Henry when he told them over and over again that he had been stabbed. One officer was heard saying in response to Henry "I don't think so mate!"

The officer filming is then seen placing Henry face down in the gravel and handcuff him while Henry pleaded for his life. Henry repeatedly told the officers that he couldn't breathe.

As Henry's life ebbed away in front of the officers the officers kept propping him up. It was clear that Henry was not able to support himself.

Not once did the officers check Henry or ensure he was alright. There was absolutely no sense of concern by the officers at anytime during the arrest.

The police officer showed more concern for the murderer than they did for Henry Nowak.

Henry Nowak drowned in his own blood. His death could have been prevented if only the police officers had not treated Henry inhumanely and listened to his pleas.

We're challenging families to complete a trail of town centre businesses and track down eight space-themed installations to complement the Pop-Up Planetarium in the Market Square.

Launching this weekend, the immersive 360-degree experience is expected to bring in thousands of children over the next month, discovering more about our solar system and the universe beyond.

Sitting alongside the Planetarium GO UK experience will be a digital trail featuring eight space-themed installations housed in eight separate locations.

The activity will see participants encouraged to complete the trail by answering a question at each location on their phone, with all those visiting all eight locations entered into a prize draw for the chance to win one of two £50 vouchers to spend in Northampton town centre.

Trail locations include Grosvenor Shopping Northampton, Sol Northampton, Northamptonshire Central Library, Northampton Museum & Art Gallery, Butterwicks, Skipton Building Society and Northampton Market Square.
