We understand that getting started with exercise can sometimes feel daunting, especially when managing a health condition. That's why our scheme aims to provide support, guidance and encouragement to help you take positive steps towards improving your health and wellbeing. 🌟

Meet Ryan who runs our GP Referrall scheme at site 👋 Ryan is passionate about developing the scheme and helping more people access the support they need to get active! 👏

If you have a health condition and think you could benefit from a more supported approach to exercise, our GP Referral Scheme could be a great place to start.

The weather certainly didn’t stop them, and we couldn’t be prouder of their determination, commitment and hard work! Every step counts, and it’s amazing to see everyone pushing themselves and working towards their goals, whatever the weather! 🙌
