Tecserv UK is hiring a Service Administrator for Maternity Cover starting as soon as possible. 👇👇

Whilst this role is Monday to Friday, you will be based in our offices in Underwood supporting a team of service engineers who work on-site at clients servicing and repairing fire and security systems on a UK wide basis.

Our client base ranges from small local businesses to some of the leading names in the hotel, education, warehousing, distribution, offices, retail, restaurant and heritage building sectors. These include Harvey Nichols, The Ritz Hotel, M&S, Pinewood Studios and The National Trust. So you’ll need to have great communication skills and a willingness to problem solve.

If you have experience or transferable skills in the following areas then we’d love to hear from you!

❖ Answering customer service calls
❖ Arranging service visits and call outs with the engineers
❖ Carrying out departmental invoicing
❖ Ordering stock/materials for engineers and office stores
❖ Dealing with telephone/email queries from customers
❖ Logging engineer movements and record in daily diary
❖ Inputting engineers job sheets and new contracts onto CRM package Fieldmotion
