Together We Can is a Fundraising and Awareness page for Dementia which affects millions of people of all ages world wide. Lots of fun!
We have Bear stories and Bears to adopt (Buy) they live with you and send us stories about their travels. In 2013 my lovely fit husband John was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s type disease. He was a professional footballer, later becoming a coach and Chartered Physiotherapist. He passed away in March 2020. Sadly the job he loved cost him his life. I was determined at the time of diagnosis to raise awa

Just busy making lots of floral arrangements, crafts, bags and lots of lovely things for the home. It will be open house by arrangement. Come along and have a coffee and cake. Watch this space for dates.

Hi I am away again this time in Bulgaria… I do have a good life telling everyone about Dementia and making them aware. Everyone loves me wherever I go. Lots of Love from Charlie 🐻🐻🐻🐻❤️

Our dear friends in Glasgow secretly went to America and got married, of course they couldn’t go without our gorgeous Bear ‘Charlie) the best Dementia awareness Bear in the world
Just look at his stunning outfit, I just love it.
Congratulations Jacqueline and Paul, wishing you so much happiness.

I wrote to my MP recently and this is part of the letter of reply.
I am still fundraising and will be donating a further £400 to ARUK.
To my followers I am sorry my presence on here has not been very evident. I have had to take time out to concentrate on my own mental health.

Dementia doesn’t stop love xx
It’s the last day of my May squat challenge. 3000 plus done. Thank you to those of you that donated, raising just shy of £300 for Alzheimer’s society.
I shall continue to do them, though not so many at one time.
My legs are feeling much stronger and it helps to know that it will make a difference to people living with Dementia. Together We Can - For Dementia 🐻🐻
