Celebrating our volunteers this Volunteers Week 🌳💚

A huge thank you to all our volunteers that help make Sherwood Pines a great place to visit. Clearing vegetation to keep trails open, maintaining facilities, litter picking, they help us with it all and we couldn't do it without them.

is a great moment to pause and think about how we’re all looking after our wellbeing 💚
We often hear from visitors who choose to become Members so they can return to Sherwood Pines again and again - because they know just how much better they feel after spending time in the forest. 🌲✨

Looking for something the whole gang can enjoy? 🌲

Disc golf at Sherwood Pines puts you out on a 9-hole course among the trees, throwing frisbee-style discs at fixed targets. Lowest number of throws wins — simple as that. Free with your own discs, or hire from the visitor centre for £3.50 per disc.

No booking needed, just show up. forestryengland.uk/sherwood-pines/disc-golf-sherwood-pines
