As Loneliness Awareness week comes to an end remember we offer social support groups, peer groups, greenspace and physical activity courses all looking to tackle loneliness and isolation and help you feel better connected to support good mental health and wellbeing.

We were delighted to open our grounds and garden space at head office to have a wellbeing day and BBQ with our staff, volunteers, services users and their families.
Over 100 people throughout the day connecting in the Renfrewshire sunshine. 🩵💛

This years Big Walk and Talk for Loneliness Awareness week will be Friday 19th June. Everyone is welcome to join us (however we would advise you would need to be comfortable to walk for around 2hrs on mixed terrain)
