Quote: 2015 - Local housebuilder and St Johnstone owner Geoff Brown welcomed the Princess Royal to an RDA approved facility which has taken shape in a converted barn at his Castle Farm over the last two years, with backing from his Gesby charitable trust.
"At Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA), our horses benefit the lives of over 25,000 disabled children and adults. With fun activities like riding and carriage driving, we provide therapy, fitness, skills development and opportunities for achievement β all supported by 18,000 amazing volunteers and qualified coaches at nearly 500 RDA centres all over the UK.
RDA is an inclusive and diverse organisation. We welcome clients with physical and learning disabilities and autism, and there are no age restrictions. Through our network of member groups, RDA is at work in every corner of the UK, in our cities and remote rural areas, bringing the therapy, achievement and fun of horses to as many people as we can.
We are a charity, and we can only carry out our life-changing activities thanks to the generosity of our donors, the dedication of our volunteers and the good nature of our fantastic horses."

Binnhill Tower is currently registered as a private residence (exterior viewing only) And was built in 1815 by Francis Gray, 14th Lord Gray, of Kinfauns Castle, to serve as both an observatory and talking point in the lavish landscaped policies of his estate.
Today the folly is flanked by Forestry Commission woodland and, while just a short stroll from the nearest road, it can be incorporated into a longer outing, exploring neighbouring Deuchny Wood and an old Royal roadοΏ½

A grand but slightly awkward Gothic mansion with a tall central tower, designed by Sir Robert Smirke, was built on the site in 1825. The building, with battlements, towers and turrets, rises to two and three storeys, and is set in landscaped gardens. With grand interiors showing off the acquired taste, it stands strong as one of the most desirable properties in the area.
