Oundle Town Council This is an information giving site for the people of Oundle and surrounding villages. Oundle Town Council has 11 Councillors representing the town.

They meet monthly as a Full Council and also meet as Committees and Working Parties to progress initiatives, resolve issues and to make recommendation's to the Council as a whole on the best way forward. Councillors are all volunteers and are elected for a four year term, the same as the other tiers of local government. Oundle Town Council is non-political and is dedicated to serving only the best interests of the town. Each year at the May meeting, a Mayor and Deputy Mayor are elected. Heads of our Committees, Working Parties and the Representatives of Other Bodies are also duly elected at this meeting. Oundle Town Council employs staff members to serve you and to look after all of the Councils services and properties. For more information about Oundle Town Council visit our website oundle.gov.uk

πŸ“’ IMPORTANT NOTICE – Drill Hall Car Park Update

West Northamptonshire Council would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by the works being carried out in the Drill Hall Car Park on Benefield Road.

The works involve demolishing the two brick mu****on storage units belonging to the R***e Club, carrying out necessary repairs to address health and safety concerns, and returning the club to a safe and usable condition.

To complete these works safely and efficiently, approximately 24 cubic metres of concrete will be delivered. This will require temporary access to the parking bays in the Drill Hall Car Park while the concrete works are carried out.

🚧 The concrete works are expected to be completed, and the parking bays cleared, by approximately 12 noon on Friday 25 September 2026.

West Northamptonshire Council and the R***e Club greatly appreciate the patience, cooperation and understanding of residents and visitors while these essential works are being carried out.

We apologise for any temporary disruption or inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
