An amazing photo of our village and harbour.

🌊 What’s your favourite thing about Portpatrick? ❤️

One of the things we love about staying at Killantringan Lighthouse Keepers Cottage is being able to walk along the beautiful coastal path into Portpatrick. The views are stunning, and once you arrive there’s plenty to tempt you! 🥾🌊

Maybe it’s a wander around the harbour, relaxing on the beach, enjoying some delicious food, or stopping for a drink at one of the village’s favourite spots. 🍽️🍻

Are you a fan of the Mount Stewart Hotel for a drink or something to eat? Or perhaps you prefer The Crown for its lovely atmosphere? 🍺🥂

So, we’d love to know…

What do YOU like best about Portpatrick? ❤️
The walks? The beaches? The harbour? The pubs? The restaurants? Or simply sitting back and watching the world go by? 🌊☀️

Tell us your favourite Portpatrick spot in the comments! 👇

More nice things being said about our village! 😃

Have you visited Portpatrick on your journey around the SWC300?

Portpatrick is a beautiful and picturesque seaside village located on the west coast of the Rhins of Galloway peninsula. It was once a busy port that served the ferry to Northern Ireland, and is now a serene holiday resort that is well worth the visit.
