Community is a verb.

When the weather forced us to cancel Portsmouth Pride 2026, we were heartbroken, but our work has never been about just one day. That is why we are bringing our community back together for a huge Community Festival on Saturday, 10 October.

The day will begin in Guildhall Square, where we will gather as a community, stand proudly and visibly together, and hear the parade speeches that we missed on the day.

We will then head inside Portsmouth Guildhall for a packed programme featuring the market traders, charities and community groups who were due to be part of our Market Village, alongside activities, workshops, talks and more still to be announced.

More information will be shared soon, but for now, save the date. You are not going to want to miss this.

We could not have made this happen without our friends and partners at Portsmouth Guildhall, and without the many partners who have continued to stand with us - not only when we needed them most after the cancellation, but every day of the year as we work to make sure Portsmouth Pride is truly more than one day.
