Studley Infants' School

We are so pleased and proud to share with you all that after two years in the making, Studley Infants' has achieved the Platinum Award for our OPAL Play times!

Our children now have access to a rich and varied range of play opportunities every single day, and at the heart of it all is a deep and genuine respect for every child's right to play!

We want to thank all of the continued support from our families from the donations you bring in to sharing our play times with us.

The work is not over! We still have many plans for the future to keep improving!

Due to the red heat warning forecast for today and tomorrow, we will be offering an optional early collection at 1.30pm on both days. If you would like to collect your child at 1.30pm, you are welcome to do so.

If you are unable to collect your child early, the school day will continue as normal, and children will be dismissed at the usual time. Our wrap around provision will also continue to operate as normal, so if early collection is not possible, this will not be a problem.

Please come to the office at 1.30pm to collect your child.

We are in the process of creating a communal library in the school and this £1000 would go a long way to helping us get some new books!

Scan the QR code or visit the website and simply nominate us! That's all you have to do! And you could win £100 gift card for yourself!

Thank you so much to all of the grownups who attended our OPAL Play! The children (and adults!) had lots of fun and the children are still talking about it today!

Thank you also for all of the wonderful donations, we are so excited to start using them!

We hope to do another next year which is just purely play play play!

What did we get up to during our OPAL play time yesterday? We had a new sandpit out today and the children loved working collaboratively to make sandcastles! We also used our gross motor skills to navigate the trim trails and ride bikes, relaxed with some colouring, dressed up as superheroes and even sang and made up dances! Can you spot some of the children's favourite areas to relax and gossip?
