Hi Everyone just a quick update on Covid-19 for the clinic. We are now open. If you would like to book, please call Penny who will explain the new clinic procedures we have put in place to safeguard all.

- COVID-19 CLINIC UPDATE-
Dear Patients,

As always the Health & Safety of our Patients, our team and our family are our number one priority.

We recognize that foot care is often an essential service for many of our patients and on this basis we continue to run the business, supporting the local community.

If you have a temperature, cough or cold, please do not attend your appointment. Instead, call us to reschedule your appointment. Stay at home and self-isolate for 14 days as per the government guidelines or when you feel ready to re-book.

At Harold Hill Foot Clinic in addition to the high standard hygiene measures that are already in place, we have implemented extra precautions outside of the treatment room.

New Steps :
1. We will be operating an hourly service to allow for a deep hygiene clean between appointments.
2. There will be a one-in-one-out service.
3. Only the individual holding the appointment will be allowed to enter the premises; unless they’re a child, to be accompanied by an adult.
4. Both Practice Manager, Penny and Foot Practitioner, Kevin will be wearing masks, gloves and aprons.
5. Upon arrival at the clinic you will be greeted by the Practice Manager, Penny who will provide you with hand sanitizer.
6. The reception area will not be available during this period. Please arrive at the time of your appointment to avoid waiting outside or in the car.
