Great Listening to People groups this week.

Many thanks to Dave Williams for coming and telling us all about the new Learning Disability Health Team and inviting us to 'Ask Dave Anything'.

Thanks to you, self advocates, for coming and sharing your thoughts and experiences and Thanks to supporters from SCC Adult Social Care Provider Services for their support in enabling people to attend and take part.

Did you know about Community Connectors?
They work in all parts of Salford and can help you find the right things to do in your communities.
Ask your GP about them, they can refer you to Wellbeing Matters.

Our three fantastic Community Connectors in Walkden and Little Hulton support people referred by their GP to access local activities, services and community support. By helping people get connected, they play a vital role in improving the health, wellbeing and quality of life of local residents - well done team! Speak to your GP to find out more about Wellbeing Matters or visit https://www.startinspiringminds.org.uk/our-services/wellbeing-matters/

This looks really interesting.
It will be fascinating to understand what people's perceptions of disability and support for disabled people are.
If you can't watch it tonight you can catch up on All4.
