We had another great Monday Lego Club this week, here at the Study Centre.
Our budding builders were challenged to build their own world cup. An hour later we had a world cup, a stadium, flags and the beginnings of a football boot!
More to come next Monday - 22nd June.

What a great Dads Together group today the children enjoyed the microbits, playing with the dinosaurs 🦖 play dough, Lego and making Father’s Day cards. Sue the Community Champion from Asda popped in bringing us some football resources for during the World Cup which is great, thank you 🙏 The Dads and the children enjoyed the bacon butties 🥪 and we had two new Dads come along for the first time. Our next session is on Saturday 4th July 😀

Dads Together group 9:30-11am or 11:30-13:00 for any male carers and their children 0-16 years at Study United, Scunthorpe United Football Club, Attis Arena Glanford Park. Come and see Sarah (aka pink lady) and Steve for FUN, FREE activities including making Father’s Day cards, Lego, play dough, microbits, baby area, dinosaurs and FREE refreshments. 😀

Our new Monday Lego Club sessions got off to a flying start this week.
In a fully booked session, our participants were challenged to create and build the animals you'd find (or want to find!) in a Zoo.

Everyone stepped up to the challenge and spent the full hour building away in our Study Centre at Scunthorpe United FC

We've been having a fabulous time welcoming our youngest participants to the Study Centre, at Scunthorpe United FC, for our Baby Sign classes.

In our 8-week programme we are learning every day signs, in a fun and friendly environment, to encourage babies to be able to communicate their needs before they are able to verbalise.

This is done through songs and rhymes linked to every day routines such as bath time and bed time.

More sessions are coming in September, where we will be at Sir John Mason House in Winterton.

Booking in advance for the 8 sessions is required.
