Whether you're an experienced Registered Manager, Senior Residential Support Worker, or Residential Support Worker, we're looking for people who genuinely want to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people.

Champions is a beautiful 4-bed EBD children's home in the heart of the Derbyshire Dales, where children come first and our staff are valued, trusted and supported to do what they do best.

We are looking for a Registered Manager who wants to lead a home built on calm, consistency, ambition and genuine care.

This is not a role where you will be left to carry everything alone.

You will be supported by a hands-on leadership team who believe in working together, backing each other and doing things properly.

Today, Directors, Wade and Nigel took on Tough Mudder Yorkshire 2026, pushing themselves through miles of mud, obstacles and challenges that demanded resilience, determination and trust in each other.

At Champions Children's Homes, these aren't just qualities we admire - they're the values we bring to work every single day. Supporting young people means facing challenges together, lifting each other up and never giving up when things get tough.

A huge congratulations to both of them for representing the Champions ethos so brilliantly. We're incredibly proud of what they've achieved today.
