👻 Spooky season is upon us... 👻
.. and there is nothing more scary that the size of the energy bills over the cold period.

Many people will have now been contacted by the UK Government regarding the Warm Home Discount scheme of a £150 energy bill payment.

To qualify through the low-income route, you generally need to:

🌟Be receiving Universal Credit, Pension Credit, or certain other means-tested benefits.
🔥Have relatively high energy costs based on your property and energy usage.
⚡Be with a participating electricity supplier.

However, there are lots of tips of how to keep those costs down and your warmth up:

November dates for Pitsmoor Adventure Tots! 🛝

Exciting news! We will continue with our Adventure Tots through November. 4 sessions lined up, weekly this time as requested by our parents/ carers.😁

Rosa will join us and deliver Forest School Adventure Tots sessions.

🌿 Supported Housing Week 🌿

As part of Supported Housing Week, we'd like to highlight just one example of how Arches Housing works in partnership with supported housing schemes, support providers, tenants and local organisations to make a positive difference.

Yearly, our team join in with a gardening day at Sacmha supported living scheme alongside the support team themselves, and community helpers. Tenants got involved too, helping to clear weeds, tackle overgrowth and improve the outdoor space, creating a safer, cleaner and more enjoyable environment for everyone.

This is a great example of what can be achieved through partnership working. By bringing together different organisations, skills and resources, we can help support tenants, improve communities and create places where people can thrive.

We're proud to play our part and always value opportunities to support our partners and tenants wherever possible.
