Are you an **experienced care professional** who is organised, confident and ready to take the next step in your career?

Whites Community Care is growing, and we’re looking for a **dedicated Care Coordinator** to join our team.

# # # 💼 **THIS IS A HANDS-ON ROLE**

This is **not an office-only position**.

The successful candidate must be available to work between **7:00am and 10:00pm on their agreed/set working days** and be willing to **go out on care calls when required**, including supporting the team with short-notice cover.

# # # ⭐ **YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:**

📋 Coordinating daily care
👥 Supporting and managing care staff
📅 Managing rotas and covering shifts
❤️ Communicating with clients and families
📞 Dealing with day-to-day queries and concerns
🚗 Attending care calls when required
⚡ Responding to unexpected situations
📝 Supporting care records, audits and quality monitoring
✅ Helping ensure the smooth and safe running of the service
