What a brilliant day.

Yesterday we hosted Live More, Live Well, a roundtable event in London with The Rayne Foundation, bringing together people from across dementia, health, social care and community support.

We talked about how people living with dementia and their families can get the right support earlier, before things become more difficult.

We also shared the findings from the new Live More evaluation report and premiered a new film featuring people who took part in Live More, their families and Shared Lives carers.

Seeing the stories on screen alongside the evidence really brought home what this support can mean in everyday life – staying active, staying connected, doing the things that matter and helping families keep going.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared their experiences and brought so much thought and energy to the conversation.
