One of the biggest mistakes when starting a photography business is looking only at the purchase price of a printer.

Instead, think about return on investment.

If a printer costs more but gives you:
✅ Fast printing
✅ Greater reliability
✅ Lower running costs
✅ Less downtime
✅ Better customer experience

…it could ultimately be the better business investment.

Price matters. But value matters more.

The photographic industry has changed a lot over the last 35 years.

Film became digital.

Cameras became smaller and smarter.

Phones became cameras.

Photographs became instant.

And photo booths went from traditional enclosed booths to sophisticated digital experiences.

Through all those changes, one thing has remained the same:

People still love photographs.

For 35 years, System Insight has been proud to play a small part in helping businesses turn those moments into something tangible.

Printer suddenly producing poor-looking prints?

Before assuming the printer is broken, check:
🔍 Media type
🔍 Ribbon installation
🔍 Paper loading
🔍 Print settings
🔍 Image itself
🔍 Printer maintenance

Sometimes the solution is surprisingly simple.

And if it isn't? That's where having a supplier who knows and uses the equipment themselves can really help.
